Freeformers is a company that drives digital transformation in businesses including Barclays, the BBC and Tesco. The Freeformers Academy is a 12-month programme gives young, diverse and digital talent training and hands-on, paid experience in growing digital businesses.
To support the launch of the programme, I designed a sub-brand to position it alongside Freeformers’ product portfolio.
Furthermore, I designed three variations of a 36pp handbook for the academy’s first cohort (comprising of tech-savvy and entrepreneurial 18-30 year-olds).
Freeformers were challenged by a high profile financial brand to develop a radical training programme to support their frontline staff in a new digital age.
They wanted the programme to have its own non-corporate, friendly identity. I designed a range of tools, presentation templates and materials, working under tight deadlines.
