How can design enable people to get closer to nature? Warblr is an app that automatically recognises birds by their song. Make a recording with your smartphone, and Warblr identifies the species of bird/s that can be found in that recording.

I was asked to develop a logo in the early stages of app development to help the founders secure funding and press attention. 

As the app has been refined, I've been involved in UX and UI design to improve user experience and showcase new functionality. 

The app received significant attention (including coverage in Wired, the Guardian and Daily Mail) and backing to develop it for release on iPhone and Android. A version is now in development for the US market.
